RADIO KAOS is the story of a grunge Nirvana/Pink Floyd inspired rock-en-español band told from the perspective of the band's managers who give up their Hollywood studio executive jobs to realize their dreams of stardom for the band and riches for themselves.
RADIO KAOS targets the young English speaking Hispanic American demographic, the fastest growing segment of the U.S. population, in their own music and cross cultural language. The dialog is at times in English and at times in Spanish and Spanglish with accompanying subtitles.
The story takes place in the rock underground cultures of Los Angeles and Mexico City "el under". Locations also include the Topanga Canyon tennis court and swimming pool home office of a high profile music industry attorney, the manager's Universal Studio offices, the manager's Miami condo, EMI Music's colonial offices in Mexico City, the Record Plant Recording studio, the band's mansion in the upscale Mexico City "suburb" of Quernavaca, the Hard Rock Café in Acapulco, the hippie mountain town of Tepotzlan, as well as other locales in Mexico.

RADIO KAOS is a modern day rock and roll saga. It is the story of the talented, gifted 19 year old Chilean singer/songwriter and the young music and television executive couple who recognize his talent, share a Grammy Award winning vision of greatness and nearly sacrifice it all to make their dreams of stardom and success happen.
Success seems to quickly materialize with a major EMI Music record deal, hot first release, top MTV awards, fabulous mansion, promotional tours, adoring fans and groupies. Then jealousy, temptation, and betrayal conspire to unravel and to ultimately destroy those dreams.
In many ways RADIO KAOS is stereotypical of what happens in the music industry … well intentioned managers leverage their knowledge, experience and relationships to do their best for their unknown artists and give them the opportunity of their lives. Then, as soon as a certain level of success is achieved, like getting a major record deal and a hit record, the managers are typically unceremoniously fired.
In the case of RADIO KAOS, the betrayal is so profound that the normally law abiding manager's are pushed to the edge of reason and find themselves looking down into a dark abyss from which there is no return.
What they do is left up to the viewer who becomes a participant in the real life drama.
Do the managers return to Miami, have children, buy a house and move on with their lives?
Or
Do the RADIO KAOS wind up buried neck deep in the blistering sands of a Mexican desert?
